The 2019 vintage is described as bright ruby red in color, with aromas of cherry, white flowers, and red orange notes. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance of creaminess and juiciness, with prominent red berry flavors and a savory, pure finish. The wine undergoes manual harvesting and selection, fermentation with 20% whole clusters, and aging for 30 months in oak barrels followed by 22 months in bottles. With 15% alcohol by volume, this Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is expected to improve further with bottle aging.
