LES SARRINS ROSE 2023

LES SARRINS Rosé set out to leverage Bruno Paillard’s expertise in the region, to produce a wine that is Pure Provence. A wine that shows off the best attributes of this appellation, making it synonymous with the greatest Rosé in the world. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for our production. The grapes are gently pressed producing a beautiful light pink color and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures to reduce malolactic fermentation. The result is a fresh, bright, floral rosé of beautiful balance. This clear, bright pale rosé captivates the senses with its fine and delicate bouquet. The aroma is a harmonious blend of white fruit, accented by refreshing citrus notes and subtle floral nuances. On the palate, the wine offers an ample and fresh attack, revealing luscious flavors of peach and strawberry. The experience concludes with a lingering finish, graced by elegant violet notes, leaving a lasting impression of refinement and complexity.
