DOM ROSSIGNOL-TRAPET BEAUNE 1ER CRU TEURONS 2021

The 2021 Beaune Les Teurons 1er Cru has a perfumed bouquet with dried rose petal infusing the red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit, a little more citrus than the preceding Gevrey Etelois. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, well judged acidity, fresh and quite spicy towards the finish. Harmonious and understated, this is a quintessential Beaune 2021.
