Castelfeder is a family-run winery founded in 1969 in Alto Adige, Italy by Alfons Giovanett. They started by producing red wines from local grapes. In 1989, his son Günther took over and moved the winery to its current location. Günther works closely with other growers to produce high-quality wines and is now joined by his children, continuing the family tradition. Lightning rod of freshness and acidity - citrus fruits like lemon/lime with hints of white peach and mango.
