Pol Roger, a family-owned and operated Champagne house founded in 1849, takes immense pride in crafting some of the world s finest Champagnes for over 160 years. The house owns 55% of the vineyards used in their production, primarily sourcing grapes from 1er and Grand Cru vineyards that rate an average of 95 points on the Échelle des Crus classification system. Each lot is aged separately based on village, vineyard, grower, and grape variety before final blending. The Champagnes are then aged and hand-riddled in the deep, cool cellars beneath the Epernay château, providing ideal conditions for the development of complexity and fine bubbles. Pol Roger ages all their Champagnes longer than legally required, ensuring that each bottle, produced entirely in-house, is a marriage of power and elegance.
