Founded in 2005, the estate is committed to relaunching the island s winemaking traditions while preserving the unique landscape through environmentally sustainable practices. The vineyards are managed using the narrow albarello vine training system, which requires manual labor and prevents mechanization. The subterranean, zero-impact cellar features solar chimneys for natural lighting, a tower of the winds for ventilation, and a thermo-labyrinth for temperature control. The three-level design of the cellar allows for gravity-fed wine racking, further emphasizing the winery s commitment to sustainable practices. This wine showcases a brilliant golden yellow color in the glass. On the nose, it offers a complex array of aromas, including ripe apricot, figs, elderberries, and raisins, complemented by subtle hints of Mediterranean scrub.
