This organic-certified 2023 vintage (Ecocert 2022) emerged from a dramatic growing season that began with concerning drought before beneficial spring rains replenished water reserves, followed by perfect summer ripening conditions. The carefully selected blend of 40% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Caladoc displays a beautiful pale pink color with distinctive blue highlights. On the palate, this expressive 12.5% ABV wine offers refreshing notes of red berries complemented by delicate citrus, with a hint of invigorating greenness that enhances its lively character. Traditional temperature-controlled vinification and brief aging on fine lees in stainless steel preserves its aromatic freshness, resulting in a thirst-quenching Mediterranean rosé marked by finesse, white fruit flavors, and elegant minerality.
