Mora&Memo is the embodiment of Elisabetta Pala s lifelong passion, rooted in four generations of winemaking tradition. Born into a family where wine flows through the veins, she is both a wine daughter and wine niece. In 2013, Elisabetta realized her dream by establishing Mora&Memo, crafting the Sardinian wine style she had always envisioned. Her belief in Sardinia s untold potential—its extraordinary land with stories yet to be shared and treasures to be discovered—drives her vision. Mora&Memo s brand identity uniquely reinterprets Sardinia s iconic symbol: the Moor from the Sardinian flag is reimagined as the Mora, a feminine figure deeply connected to her land s memory and tradition, yet always looking outward to the world beyond. This Vermentino displays a brilliant straw color with green tints. On the nose, it offers intense and persistent aromas, blending floral scents with a pronounced herbal bouquet of rosemary, thyme, and sage. The palate is dominated by vegetal notes, presenting a warm, full-bodied texture that is well-balanced and culminates in a long, satisfying finish.
