According to Jérôme Flous, our Director of Wines and Vineyards, this is one of the most renowned white wines of the Côte Chalonnaise, an emblematic appellation. Our 5.65 hectares flourish on a calcareous and marly soil, low in iron, which is the source of its distinctive mineral aromas. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruits and minerals, such as flint, emerge, creating a fresh and inviting bouquet. This wine proves to be very pleasant on the palate: both elegant and round, with a slightly acidic finish that brings freshness.
