CABALLO LOCO GRAND CRU MAIPO 2020

Caballo Loco Grand Cru Maipo, gives us the elegance and structure typical of the Maipo Alto Valley, with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Located in the foothills of the Andes foothills, this area has outstanding characteristics for the production of superior quality Cabernet Sauvignon. The cold nights and the long, mild autumn allow us to obtain grapes with great structure, firm tannins and distinctive aromas of black fruits, cassis and spices. Ideal to accompany red meats (veined loin, entrails, Angus meat), lamb and exotic meats such as wild boar or ostrich. It is also recommended with spicy sauces and BBQ sauce.
