Alejandro Hernández and Luis Toro founded Pampero in 1938 in Caracas, Venezuela, where the unique geographical and climatic conditions allowed them to create an exceptional rum with unparalleled intensity and richness of flavor. As innovators, they set new standards for rum production in Venezuela, insisting on a minimum maturation of 2 years and aging the rum in barrels, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor that has become world-renowned. Today, Luis Figueroa, a respected industry expert with 30 years of experience, serves as the Maestro Ronero for Pampero, supervising the production and quality of the rum range, which includes his own creations, Pampero Blanco and Pampero Selección 1938. Pampero Aniversario is an intense, mahogany colored premium rum, designed to be sipped and savored neat to enjoy and discover in each sip the complex pallet of aromas and flavors of wood, sherry, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, orange skin and cocoa.
