The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté Raisins Dorés has a light bouquet with touches of yellow flowers and jasmine. The palate is fresh on the entry with a slightly waxy texture, fine acidity with a pithy finish. Fine.

Ripe and wonderfully fresh aromas of green apple, just sliced lemons and plenty of spice wisps complement the equally spicy and incredibly intense and concentrated middle weight flavors that deliver excellent depth and persistence on the nicely dry bitter lemon-suffused finish. This is a first-rate aligoté.
