The Antinori family's winemaking legacy spans over six centuries, beginning in 1385 when Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Florentine Winemakers' Guild. Through twenty-six generations, the family has directly managed the business, balancing innovative decisions with deep respect for tradition and the environment. Today, under the leadership of Albiera Antinori and her sisters Allegra and Alessia, with their father Marchese Piero Antinori serving as Honorary President, the company continues to thrive. Guided by tradition, passion, and intuition, Marchesi Antinori has established itself as one of Italy's most prestigious winemakers.
A brilliant ruby red with purple highlights, the wine shows aromas of violets and cherries along with marked and well amalgamated smoky notes of tobacco and sweet oak. On the palate the wine is ample, enveloping with an important vein of vibrant acidity typical of its territory and an important support on the flow.
