Azienda Agricola Tiberio, founded in 2000 by Riccardo Tiberio, is a family-run winery in Abruzzo, Italy, that blends old-world terroir with new-world vision. Riccardo's discovery of a 60-year-old Trebbiano Abruzzese vineyard led him to establish a 39-hectare estate, planting indigenous varieties like Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Pecorino. In 2008, Riccardo's children, Cristiana and Antonio, took over operations. Cristiana, the winemaker with international experience, focuses on creating structured, mineral-driven wines that express the unique characteristics of their terroir. The winery has gained recognition for its high-quality whites and reds since its first vintage in 2004.
This wine is bright yellow with a green tint. It smells fresh, with apricot, grapefruit, jasmine, orange blossom, and a hint of anise. The taste is crisp and clean, with lively green apple, anise, and almond flavors. It pairs well with vegetable starters, fish, seafood, eggs, and fried foods.
