Lucchetti Winery, a family-run gem in Le Marche, Italy, has become synonymous with exceptional Lacrima di Morro d'Alba wines. Under the guidance of Mario Lucchetti and his son Paolo, this estate has flourished since the 1980s, expanding to 14 hectares of vineyards. Their commitment to indigenous varietals, particularly Lacrima, showcases the unique terroir of Ancona province. The potassium-rich, iron-poor soils contribute to the creation of powerful, aromatic wines that capture the essence of the region.

Deep violet in color, the wine explodes out of the glass with an extremely intense and heady bouquet of exotic Eastern flowers and wild strawberries and pomegranate. Once past the intriguing nose, the palate features wild berry compote, hints of roses, violets and geranium, a note of pink peppercorn and finishes very fresh and limited tannins. An utterly unique experience featuring outstanding balance and concentration.
