Domaine de la Bégude is a historic estate perched on 500 hectares above the Mediterranean, boasting some of Bandol's highest vineyards. Their 17 hectares are farmed organically and produce red, rosé, and white wines under the prestigious AOC Bandol label. The vineyards are surrounded by olive trees, fragrant garrigue vegetation, and offer stunning panoramic views. Helmed by Guillaume Tari, the estate prioritizes the Mourvèdre grape and sustainable practices to craft wines that reflect this unique terroir.
This rosé is a blend of Grenache (70%), Cinsault (25%), and Mourvèdre (5%). It has a pale, clear, and bright color. The aroma offers floral notes and hints of summer fruits. On the palate, it's round, fruity, and finishes fresh. Enjoy it young as an apéritif or with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry, lamb chops, carpaccio, or vegetable dishes like marinated peppers and Provençal stuffed vegetables. Its fruity character and freshness make it a great match for Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.
