An airy hint of grapefruit sits atop the cooler aromas of mineral reduction, white flowers and green apple. There is excellent underlying tension to the chiseled and stony middle weight flavors that possess fine length on the bone-dry, linear and youthfully austere finale. This should benefit from 5-ish years of keeping as it's presently pretty tightly wound.
