Burlotto is a family-owned winery in Verduno, Piedmont, Italy, with a long history of producing high-quality wines. The dream of the family has always been to share Barolo with the world, and they have been working towards this goal since the early 20th century. With a strong connection to the territory and a passion for winemaking, the Burlotto family has built a reputation for producing exceptional wines. Today, the winery is run by Gian Carlo Burlotto and his son Gianluca, who continue the family tradition with the brand Cascina Massara.
Verduno's rare Pelaverga Piccolo delivers elegant, mysterious aromas and delicate flavors marked by indigo and purple reflections. Hand-harvested and temperature-controlled through gentle fermentation in oak and steel, the wine matures briefly in stainless steel until spring bottling, occasionally seeing light oak aging in select vintages.
