This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a captivating aroma of dark plum, black cherry, and cedar, hinting at the richness to come. The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a pretty, fruity wine to drink now and over the next few years. Dark red cherry/plum fruit, dried herbs, spice, rose petal and blood orange all open nicely. All things considered, the 2020 is very nicely balanced, especially for the year. There is a bit of low level smoke taint, but it lurks in the background and is less strong than in the 2020 Monte Bello.
