7 Moons combines seven different grape varietals sourced from prime vineyards up and down California’s Central Coast appellation and Lodi regions, blended in perfect harmony. The resulting wines have superb color and show great depth, complexity, varietal intensity, and balance. This red blend opens with aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, baking spices, and vanilla bean. Flavors of strawberry preserves, cherry cola and milk chocolate follow through to a fruit-forward, lingering finish. It pairs well with barbecued chicken and caprese salad. Varietal: syrah, merlot, petite sirah, zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, malbec, and grenache.
