Kaveh Zamanian, founder of Rabbit Hole Distillery, discovered his love for Bourbon through his wife Heather while living in Chicago. Inspired by the charm and renaissance of Bourbon in Kentucky, Kaveh set out to create a modern whiskey that builds on tradition. With the help of Louisville's world-class expertise, including Vendome Copper & Brass Works for custom stills and Kelvin Cooperage for strong barrels, Rabbit Hole Distillery was born. The distillery also partnered with Proprietors LLC to create a bar and restaurant that celebrates the versatility of whiskey in modern mixology while honoring its rich past.
