Schloss Gobelsburg, one of Austria's oldest wineries, boasts a rich history and diverse vineyard sites around its castle, each with unique soil and microclimatic conditions. The winery has long practiced ecological winegrowing, a tradition continued from its monastic roots. As a member of the prestigious Verein der Österreichischen Traditionsweingüter, Schloss Gobelsburg is known for producing high-quality, distinctive wines. Under the leadership of Moosbrugger since 1996, the winery has embraced a philosophy of minimal intervention and individuality, developing the innovative 'Dynamic Cellar Concept' and utilizing local oak for barrel aging. This approach, along with the study of traditional winemaking techniques, has led to the creation of the 'Tradition' wine series, embodying the authentic character and taste of Austrian wine culture.

This Kamptal rosé blend of Zweigelt, St. Laurent, and Pinot Noir presents a very light color. The nose offers fresh aromas of strawberry, citrus pith, and floral notes with a hint of mineral tones. On the palate, it's cool, refreshing, and light-bodied, featuring crisp flavors of orange zest and pomegranate. Despite the Zweigelt dominance, it shows a lean, piquant character reminiscent of Burgundian styles. The wine finishes with impressive length and freshness, showcasing good clarity and a spicy cut.
