Maison Pierre Sparr, an esteemed Alsatian winemaking family since 1680, has passed down their passion for viticulture and winemaking through generations. Pierre Sparr, a pioneer of "estate bottling," rebuilt the Domaine after WWII with courage and determination. His sons, René and Charles, expanded the vineyards and developed European markets. Today, the 9th generation remains committed to perpetuating tradition, passion, and emotion in their craft.
Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from hillside vineyards at elevations ranging from 200 to 400 meters, this Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé is a captivating sparkling wine. The vines, averaging 23 years in age, yield a brut-style rosé with a delicate salmon pink hue. On the nose, fresh aromas of soft red berries, particularly strawberry and raspberry, entice the senses. The palate is round and fruity, revealing hints of peach accompanied by intense flavors and lively acidity. The well-structured frame and delicate bubbles provide a harmonious balance, leading to a smooth, clean, and dry finish.
