Maison Pierre Sparr, an esteemed Alsatian winemaking family since 1680, has passed down their passion for viticulture and winemaking through generations. Pierre Sparr, a pioneer of "estate bottling," rebuilt the Domaine after WWII with courage and determination. His sons, René and Charles, expanded the vineyards and developed European markets. Today, the 9th generation remains committed to perpetuating tradition, passion, and emotion in their craft.

This Crémant showcases a light yellow hue with green reflections and fine, glittering pearl beads. On the nose, it offers a delightful bouquet of galia melon, sweet woodruff, dried mango, minerals, and subtle nutty hints. The soft effervescence leaves a pleasant sensation on the palate, complemented by a racy, powerful body and crisp, lemony acidity that imparts a refreshing character. As the wine opens up in the glass, it reveals a complex sparkling brut, culminating in a lingering finish.
