Giovanni Dri Description

Obtained from 100% Schioppettino grapes. Its color is medium ruby with purple reflections. Its nose is full of violets, cracked peppercorns, and cocoa. Its palate is silky yet vibrant of fresh forest fruits, peppery brown spices, cool, and persistent. It blends wonderfully with risotti, wildfowl ragu peppardelle, prosciutto and pork products, grilled oily fish, sauced fish dishes, and roast red meat. Chilled, a perfect summer red.
