Jeio is the fruit of two interwoven love stories. The first is that of generations of the Bisol family who have faithfully cared for their vineyards. And within this same family, there is the love of a wife who affectionately gave her husband Desiderio Bisol, the nickname “Jeio.” Jeio originates from a selection of vines chosen from plots scattered across the Prosecco hills and is the fruit of passion and expertise that has matured into the production of a cuvée.
This vibrant Prosecco from Veneto's elevated vineyards showcases the best of the Glera grape, with at least 85% of the varietal in its composition. The wine presents a brilliant straw yellow hue with lime-green highlights, animated by a fine, lively perlage. Its nose is a delightful fusion of fresh fruitiness and hints of ripened yellow fruit, setting the stage for a palate that mirrors these aromas with remarkable consistency. At 11.5% alcohol, the wine strikes a perfect balance between freshness and elegance, offering a mellow yet flavorful profile that is effortlessly enjoyable.
Certified organic, this Prosecco brings lifted aromas of yellow peach, green apple and citrus zest with subtle hints of crushed stones. The palate pops with superfine bubbles that highlight notes of Comice pear and apricot with a kiss of sea salt on the finish.
