The Barbadillo Oloroso is a masterclass in traditional Sherry production, aged in the Solera system in historic cellars. This 100% Palomino Fino wine boasts a clear medium mahogany hue and entices with clean, medium aromas of toasted oak and nuts. On the palate, it's mouth-filling and silky smooth, with a beautifully dry finish. Perfectly paired with hearty stews and casseroles, creamy mushroom risotto, and cured cheeses, this Oloroso is best enjoyed between 57°F and 63°F. For optimal flavor, consume within three years of bottling and two months of opening.
