Richly scented with vanilla, floral, and herbal notes, the aroma gradually develops ripe apple and sweet pear. Pot still spices, complemented by nuanced American oak, add warming cinnamon, clove, and freshly mown hay, mingling with toffee and heather honey. The palate is silky smooth, offering tropical peach and nectarine that effortlessly combine with crème brûlée, toffee-apple, and chocolate-dipped honeycomb. Delicate floral grain qualities and full-bodied pot still spices seamlessly blend with charred oak influences, showcasing a wonderfully balanced yet complex whiskey.
